House Rules

Dear Guests...

The vacation rentals at Schusterhäusl are intended to be your home away from home. We want you to feel comfortable and be able to relax. I have put a lot of effort into the furnishings and hope that you find everything you need.

The following house rules are intended to help ensure a harmonious stay. I have also listed a few rules for which I hope to have your understanding. By treating the apartments with care, you help us to continue offering satisfactory accommodations to you and other guests in the future.

Logo Das Schusterhäusl

Should you miss anything in the furnishings or if you need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me. All items located in the vacation rentals or on the balcony/terrace may and should be used. Please handle all furnishings and inventory with care and treat the Schusterhäusl like your own home. Kitchen

Please handle the kitchen equipment and technical appliances with care. Since no one enjoys a dirty kitchen, please only return dishes, pots, and cutlery to the cupboards when they are clean and dry. Please do not place hot pots or other hot objects on the tables or countertops without a trivet. Always use a cutting board as a base when cutting. Please leave the interior of the oven and microwave in a clean condition.

Damages

No one damages things intentionally, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. I would appreciate it if you could inform me of any damage caused, rather than me discovering it during the final cleaning after your departure. As the tenant, you are liable for damages in the amount of the replacement costs.

Candles

Please do not light open candles in the Schusterhäusl. Lanterns are, of course, not a problem.

Ventilation

To prevent mold growth, I ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently. Please do so at least once a day, especially after showering.

Duty of Care

Please keep the entrance door closed at all times and lock it when leaving the house. It is also advisable to close all windows when leaving the apartment to avoid potential damage from storms or burglary. Please use water and electricity resources sparingly.

Waste Disposal

Waste is separated into general waste, glass, paper, and packaging with the "Green Dot" symbol. Corresponding containers are available next to the entrance gate. Please use trash cans and cosmetic bins in the bathroom only with trash bags and dispose of these closed in the general waste bin. No waste, food scraps, harmful liquids, or similar items may be thrown or poured into the kitchen sink, toilets, washbasins, or shower! Please avoid anything that could lead to clogged pipes (no hygiene products in the toilet).

Cleaning

Should a mishap occur (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), I ask you to remove it as soon as possible.

Please leave the vacation rental swept clean upon departure and return the dishes to the cupboards clean.

Quiet Hours

In the interest of good neighborly relations, I ask you to observe public quiet hours such as midday, night, and Sunday rest. Out of consideration for others, quiet should also be maintained within the vacation rental itself between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Internet/Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is available for you at Schusterhäusl. Use is, of course, free of charge.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted throughout the entire Schusterhäusl. Please leave the house to smoke and dispose of completely cooled cigarette remains in the trash bin.

Pets

Bringing pets is allowed by prior arrangement with me. However, please do not allow them on the bed or the sofa!

Right of Entry

In the event of immediately necessary repairs (such as water damage), it may be essential for craftsmen commissioned by me to enter the Schusterhäusl without your knowledge.

Keys

Please never hand over the keys to others and report any loss of keys to me immediately. As a guest, you are liable up to the amount of the replacement costs.

Liability

No liability is accepted for your personal valuables.

Arrival and Departure

Arrival is from 3:00 PM or earlier by arrangement. On the day of departure, I ask you to vacate your apartment by 11:00 AM at the latest.

By booking your holiday at Schusterhäusl, I assume that you accept the house rules.

Thank you for your attention. I wish you a relaxing stay, lots of fun, relaxation, and many wonderful holiday memories.

If you have any questions, I am at your disposal at any time.

Yours,

Claudia Pallauf
